Served response time

Measured on production traffic over the last 30 days, refused requests excluded: a call the paywall turned away in a millisecond is not evidence of speed. Days with too few served requests are left out rather than given a percentile drawn from a handful of samples. The 99th percentile keeps a higher bar of its own: below a hundred measurements in a day there is no ninety-ninth percentile to report, only the 95th under another name.

Method: success rate = share of requests answered without a 5xx server error, computed from the production request log (client errors like 402/404 are expected API behavior and do not count against availability). Page refreshes every 5 minutes. Written SLAs are available in Editor/OEM agreements.
